The other day I (Amanda) found myself in this place. But rather than staying stuck, there was something more pivotal I caught myself doing…
You know what I did?
I made room for grace. YUP, grace! Rather than bombing myself with “I should have’s” or “why didn’t you do this…” I allowed for kindness to sprout up. Amanda 10 years ago, let alone 4, would certainly never do that! And I cannot help but credit Aundi Kolber’s book, Try Softer, for the major role it played.
Compassion always fosters growth where blaming and shaming hinders.

Your journey will include how to:

- Understand attachment styles

- Build resilience and coping skills
- Practice mindfulness & grounding
- Honor your story
- Move into connection & joy
- This is a IN-PERSON group at our Wake Forest, NC office (851 Durham Rd, Suite B, Wake Forest, NC 27587)
- Group is 8 weeks long on Wednesdays from 6:30PM-8:00PM
- For group cohesion, we require that you commit to all group sessions.
- If you miss a group the missed information will be provided, but that week cannot be refunded.
- Groups are $35 each for a total of $280. Payments can be made weekly or in one full payment for the group. If you make one payment in full you get $20 off.
- All materials will be provided, including Aundi Kolber’s Try Softer book and workbook.
