Transformational Topics Community

trauma healing support online

You Don’t Have to Go it Alone

If you’ve done your best to hold it together on the outside… but something inside still feels heavy, disconnected, or unresolved — you’re not the only one.

And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Healing happens in community.

A Different Kind of Support

The Transformational Topics Community is a private monthly membership designed for trauma survivors who want real, practical support, but may not have access to therapy right now.

Each month, you’ll be guided through one meaningful healing topic by licensed therapists and certified coaches.

You won’t be overwhelmed. You won’t be rushed. You’ll simply be invited into a steady, supportive rhythm.

How it Works

Week 1 — Listen
A private podcast episode is delivered straight to your favorite app. No logins. Just press play.

Week 2 — Begin
You’ll receive a simple, practical tool to help you start applying what you’re learning.

Week 3 — Go Deeper
Another guided resource arrives—journal prompts, art practices, or short videos.

Week 4 — Integrate
A final tool helps you reflect, process, and carry what you’ve learned forward.

What Makes This Different

This isn’t surface-level content.

Every resource is:

  • grounded in evidence-based trauma care
  • created by experienced therapists and coaches
  • designed to help you reconnect with your body—not just your thoughts
  • built for real life, not perfection

You don’t have to do everything. You don’t have to do it “right.” You just have to begin.

Created By People Who Understand

We are the team behind The Journey and The Process—licensed clinicians and certified coaches who have spent years walking alongside trauma and abuse survivors.

We’ve seen what helps and we’ve seen what doesn’t. And we’ve created something we want more people to have access to.

This is For You if…

  • You feel stuck, even though you’ve tried to move forward
  • You’re carrying stress, anxiety, or past experiences that still affect you
  • You want deeper healing—but therapy feels out of reach right now
  • You’re ready for something steady, guided, and meaningful

This is Not Therapy – It’s a Great Resource

But it is thoughtful, guided support, created by people who know what healing actually requires. For many, it becomes the next step toward real change.

Start Where You Are

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to feel ready. You’re allowed to take one small step.

Cost – $10/month or $100/year (you get two months free)
