We start the week of February 9, 2026 and 50-minute individual coaching calls will be scheduled weekly.
Our group calls will be the weeks of March 16th and April 20th. We’ll provide the exact days during those weeks once we have everyone onboarded.
Why Learn From Me?
My name is Amanda Ramey and I’m a licensed trauma therapist and expert coach who has spent years helping women break free from survival mode and reconnect with their God-given capacity for safety, rest, joy, and wholeness. This isn’t counseling, but I do bring all my knowledge of trauma healing to inform coaching you!

What if I’ve tried therapy or programs before and nothing worked?
This cohort uses embodied, trauma-informed practices that go beyond traditional talk-based coaching. You’ll gain tools that work with your nervous system, not against it.
I’m overwhelmed—will this feel like “one more thing” on my plate?
Not at all. The Nervous System Sanctuary is designed to reduce overwhelm, not add to it. Everything we do is paced gently, intentionally, and with compassion for your real life. The one-on-one coaching allows us to tailor the material to your unique situation.
Do I need to have read Try Softer or the workbook?
Nope. You’ll get a copy of the book and workbook as part of the cohort and we’ll go through it together. Also, the cohort goes far deeper than the book or workbook. You’ll learn embodied, practical skills whether you’ve read them or not.
What if I’m not sure I can share in a group?
There’s no pressure to share anything personal. Women often find the group surprisingly safe, supportive, and healing. And you’ll have individualized support in addition to group guidance.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a coaching cohort informed by trauma-sensitive principles. It is not therapy, but it is deeply supportive, highly structured, and guided by an expert who is also a licensed trauma therapist. We do encourage you to engage in therapy if needed as we are not diagnosis or treating any mental health disorders.
When does the program start?
The program starts the week of February 9th, 2026 and goes for 12 weeks (through May 2nd, 2026).
When are the group coaching calls?
The group coaching calls are weeks of March 16th, 2026 and the week of April 20th, 2026. We’ll provide the exact days during those weeks once we have everyone onboarded.
