It can feel like your path is paved with sharp stones and shadows.
Life may have left marks that make you feel anxious, exhausted, or even hopeless. Maybe you’ve been told your feelings aren’t valid or that you just need to pray more or have stronger faith. Maybe you’ve even told yourself that. The idea of therapy feels scary, and you worry about being judged or that you’re not worth helping. But asking for help isn’t defeat, it’s courage. It’s the first step toward healing.
My name is Samantha (Sam) Linton, Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) Intern, Wake Forest Trauma Therapist, & I’d love to help you heal.
You’ll find that working with me means doing the deep work in a space that’s compassionate, safe, and honest. I’ll walk beside you, encouraging, challenging, and supporting you as you face what’s been holding you back. When the road feels muddy and uncertain, I’ll hold hope for you until you can hold it for yourself.
I work with children ages 10+, and women of all ages to get to the root of their pain and find lasting healing. In our sessions, you’ll have a safe place to share your story and learn practical skills using evidence-based approaches to help you view yourself and life in a whole new way. Together, we’ll discover what you need to move forward and begin to reclaim peace, joy, and wholeness.
I know from my own journey and the journeys of those I’ve helped, healing is possible. You don’t have to stay stuck in the dark. Take the first step toward hope by scheduling your free 15-minute consultation.
Stop just surviving. Start truly living.
