Something deep inside you desires to live a flourishing life, but instead you feel like all you experience are struggles, difficult relationships, or painful memories (or all three).
Life feels like an uphill battle and you wonder how you’ll survive let alone thrive. No one in your circle seems to understand or can offer you the help you need. You don’t even know what you need, but you know the pain is real and constant. You want relief. You think there must be more to life than this daily struggle or relational tension. It’s hard to imagine in your current circumstances, but you wonder what it would take to live a full and thriving life rather than
merely surviving.
My name is Tish MacPherson, Clinical Resident Intern, Wake Forest Trauma Therapist, and I’d like to offer you help and hope.
I help men, women, and couples fexplore solutions to the challenges they face. In a safe and caring environment, you can expect me to be a curious listener who considers that you are the expert of your life experience. By sharing your story, we will together explore meaning, core desires, values, and healing using evidence-based practices. Your story is not finished, let’s consider how you can write the rest of it.
My own journey has taught me we are not meant to go it alone. With support you will find the strength to move beyond merely surviving. You can discover peace, wholeness, and what it means for you to thrive. Asking for help is the most courageous thing you can do.
Stop surviving. Start living.
