Life is overwhelming, and it seems like the waves never stop coming. You kick to the surface but you can never fully catch your breath.
Anxious thoughts tell you everything you do is wrong, you’re a burden, everyone hates you. You feel sad or numb all the time. You have given up imagining a life beyond just coping. You can’t imagine what it would be like to be free of the burden that haunts you. People give you easy fixes, but they don’t work and you feel like you’re unfixable.
You want help, but you don’t know if your suffering deserves help. Therapy seems terrifying. You’re scared you’re going to be judged.
My name is Victoria Ellis.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), and I would love to help you.
(Please note, Victoria is only accepting virtual clients at this time)
I help men, women, couples, and teens (ages 16+) process their emotions and thoughts in a safe, nonjudgmental space to get to the root of their suffering. I use research-based techniques as well as fun, nerdy things like Dungeons and Dragons, to help you discover freedom from the thoughts, habits, past experiences, and current situations that have made your life agony. I don’t offer easy fixes, but together we figure out what you need to change your life and feel better. I do Wake Forest trauma therapy and can see clients virtually throughout NC.
Stop surviving. Start living.
