About Tabitha Westbrook | Wake Forest Trauma Therapist

Counseling Wake Forest

Tabitha Westbrook, LMFT, LCMHC, LPC, CCTP, Clinical Director, Counselor

You know what it means to feel the dark night of the soul.

You still go to work or school, but inside you are feel like you are coming apart at the seams. There are things that haunt you. Maybe you haven’t told anyone or maybe you have and think you should just be past it already. When it comes down to it, you know you aren’t past it yet. You’ve gone to your friends, your pastor, you’ve read your Bible, you’ve tried literally everything you can think of but are coming up short. You’re ready to figure this out and live the life you know is there, but you can’t quite seem to find.

My name is Tabitha Westbrook.

I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) & I’d love to help you.

(Please note, Tabitha is not accepting new individual clients; however, she is happy to book in-person [in TX] or virtual intensives. More information about intensives can be found here.)

I help I help men, women, teenagers (ages 14+), and couples who are desperate to shed darkness from things past or present and walk into the future light whole and strong, but fear they’ll never be able to. I know sometimes it feels like it will always be the way that it is – you’ve tried everything it seems and nothing has changed. Or maybe you’ve been too scared to try anything at all. It is okay not to be okay, but you sure don’t have to stay there!

I give you a safe place to voice your struggles and use research-tested methods to help you learn skills and view life in a whole new way. Together we dive below the surface and deal with the things that are causing your struggles. I get in the ditch with you, and together we find a way out.

I know from my own journey, and the journeys of those I’ve helped, being stuck really stinks. Healing is possible and you can move from darkness to light. Start your journey today by clicking here to schedule your free, 15-minute consultation!

Stop surviving. Start living.
